What is an off-leash hike?
An off-leash hike allows your dog to explore nature freely within a small, supervised group. Each hike takes place in safe, private, or approved trail areas where dogs can run, play, and socialize while staying under the care of a trained handler.
Is my dog a good fit for off-leash hikes?
Dogs who are friendly, social, and have basic recall training usually do great! Before joining, we schedule a meet-and-greet to assess your dog’s temperament and ensure they’ll enjoy and stay safe on the trail.
How long are the hikes?
Each hike lasts about 60–90 minutes, giving your dog plenty of exercise and enrichment time. With travel and pickup/drop-off included, your dog enjoys a fun half-day adventure!
What happens if my dog doesn’t have perfect recall?
That’s okay! Safety is our top priority. We use long-line leads or GPS collars for dogs still learning recall, and we work with them at their pace to build confidence and responsiveness.
